I often hear that  artists do not really like it when the word “beautiful” is applied to their works.

I love this word very much. And I think I use it all the time and absolutely everywhere.

Beauty for me is about sincerity, about the manifestation of the real self in the world, about nature and uniqueness, about courage and pleasure. Beauty is the presence of the divine.
