One winter I was drawing sketches of couple tattoos for February 14th and thinking about love, about how I could depict it, and then the idea came to me that love is a full stop. Just a couple of days later, Galina invited me to do an exhibition in the gallery, and I began to draw sketches that grew out of these thoughts about the point of love.

The point is the moment at which maximum concentration, concentration in oneself simultaneously occurs, and at the same time, from this point, the desire to go outward begins, and a great desire arises to expand in all directions. 

This is like a starting point, a moment of start, the start of discovery, study, expansion. Allowing yourself to become everything that is around and at the same time nothing - just a point. This is the beginning in which you feel yourself as completely as possible, and at the same time you want to share this and radiate this state further. Then I remembered and googled that in various spiritual teachings there are a lot of coincidences with my personal feelings from the “point” - a symbol of the center, a source of life, a symbol of primary creative energy. The circle symbolizes the spirit and describes the entire cosmos as a whole. A circle with a dot is a symbol of the manifestation of one’s divine potencies, a full cycle, renewed perfection.
